Recipe Exchange

Today I am linking up with Casey over at The Wiegand's.  She has come up with the genius idea to do a recipe exchange among her readers and I couldn't be more excited.  I love hearing about new recipes that are kid tested and approved.  So I decided to participate.  I am pretty sure I have posted this recipe before, but it is so good and easy it bears repeating.

Parmesan Dijon Chicken

For the record I serve this with egg noodles with butter, sour cream and parmesan and a salad or green beans.  The kids love it, Jason eats it and it is super fast and easy.  Happy cooking!

  1. I used this receipe of yours recently and pulled out from the freezer what I was thinking was chicken breasts. When it was thawed out I was reminded it was chunked chicken. Well, I made this anyway and instead of having as presented in your picture it was bite size. That day was also a day I made homemade tortillas for the first time. So, we ate the chicken in the tortillas fajitas style. It was still very good.
